At VOY, we want you to love your style; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your unworn items within 30 days of delivery. All returned garments must be in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your digital return confirmation.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized shipping location or carrier drop-box.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality team inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
